Barnet was named in a list of 115 Post Office branches earmarked for potential closure in November last year. 

MP for Chipping Barnet, Dan Tomlinson, met with the manager of the Barnet High Street branch and national representatives from the Post Office. 

“The conversation with the Post Office was productive, but the work does not stop here. I have made it clear that we must keep a substantial Post Office presence on Barnet High Street for the needs of our communities and our local economy. 

“I will continue to fight for Barnet Post Office and a fair deal for staff.”
