I want our high streets filled with bustling businesses, not empty, lifeless shopfronts. That’s why I’m working closely with the council and stakeholders from across our community to tackle this challenge head-on. This is going to be a campaign that will take time, but I’ve started with a focus on High Street in High Barnet, a historic centre with far too many empty shops.
